I can't say enough good things about Tracy! We were re-locating 2500 miles, and after initially viewing houses, it was not possible to visit again prior to closing. This wasn't a problem! Tracy was our eyes and ears from the first minute. Firstly her knowledge of the area, and the market is second to none, and this was invaluable as she advised us on offer strategies, and local market conditions. She handled all the details, from the big stuff (offers, counters, paperwork etc.) right down to identifying the paint types used. She was "us" during all the inspections, including the additional ones we scheduled as we learned more about the property. Tracy was incredibly accessible, always quick to respond to e-mails, and text questions, and was amazingly flexible to accommodate the 3 hour time difference. Above all, Tracy gave me a real sense of confidence, and it was incredibly reassuring to have her involved, and not have to worry when questions arose, or glitches occurred in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying a property in the East Bay.
