I have used her services three times in the past: once to buy a house, once to help me sell a relative's house, and just recently to sell my own home (all in Oakland), where I got 30% over asking. One of the things I like best about working with Tracy is her communication skills. She answered all my questions promptly, and she kept me posted during open houses and showings as soon as she got new information. She also has great taste and was able to advise me on how to best show the house. She has a wonderful marketing sense, and she knows what will sell a home.
