Often, a home that has been lived in needs to be prepared for sale in order to maximize the return and to assure as quick a sale as possible.  I will consult with you in the preparation of your home for sale during the initial walk-through and in subsequent meetings.  If you so choose, I am, able to coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to perform any repairs needed in a timely and efficient manner, and arrange for the cleaning & staging of your home.  I will ensure that your home is prepped to show at its best to achieve maximum results.

Once on the market, you will receive weekly updates from me informing you of any and all activity and interest on your listing.  I will also keep you abreast of the current market conditions so you will know where your listing stands among the competition at all times.  I will make myself available for all private showings for your property as well as conduct Broker’s Tours as necessary and Sunday Open Homes until your property is sold.
I will present all offers to you and advise you on the strengths and weaknesses of each as they come.  I will always be your advocate and negotiate hard on your behalf to obtain you the best possible price and terms for your sale.
